Goals of 2014

I debated on whether I should write this post or not, given that it is a week into the new year. However, I like to hold myself accountable and I like to share with you all, so below you will find my much anticipated (and very late) goals of 2014!

Personal and Home
Go completely to DIY Mixes
Read 20 books
Participate in NaNoWriMo
Completely decorate two rooms in the house
Begin a yoga/meditation practice
Potty train L
Work on landscaping outside
Menu Planning
Create a Bucket List

Blogging Goals
Hit 800 "likes" on Facebook
Get organized (maintenance, posting, etc.)
New layout
At least one new blog series

I have two large projects for this year that I am not mentioning because they are still in the beginning stages.  I am really excited about them and am hoping they each come to fruition.  I will be working hard to get these two projects up and running.  When they start shaping up and becoming bigger, you guys will most certainly be in the loop! :)

So, what are your goals for 2014?

  1. I did Nanowrimo for the first time this year and it was one of the most challenging and rewarding things I've ever done. I have to get this book edited and on the move in the next 11 months so I can do it again this year! I love the DIY mixes too... so much tastier/cheaper/healthier than the store bought versions!

    1. I've always avoided NaNoWriMo because I was intimidated. This year, I am letting go of fear and intimidation, and I am just going to DO IT! I have started jotting down ideas to write about so, hopefully, by the time November rolls around, I'll be ready. Ha! As far as the DIY Mixes go, I have had a board of that stuff on Pinterest for long enough-it's time to do something about it! I agree, the few that I have made, are tastier/healthier/cheaper AND it will get rid of unnecessary clutter in my pantry/spice cabinet. Thanks for stopping by!
